      I've known Dr. Christian all my life. He is an amazing man, and a great doctor. Unfortunately his staff isn't anywhere near the standard that Dr. Christian is. They are downright rude, uncaring, and have a horrible bedside manner. Hopefully he'll replace his staff if he realizes how much business they're causing him to lose.
