- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office staff is very rude and unhelpful, especially the office manager. I went in for a office visit and was told I need to pay my bill - even though it had not been mailed to me yet (the charges were very recent). Its hard to pay a bill that you haven't received. When I told them I would pay it when I received the bill in the mail they became threatening and extremely rude. And because I don't learn from my past mistakes, I went in today for a simple urine test for a painful UTI. Even though I called ahead and they told me to come in, they wouldn't test me because I hadn't been in within the year.
