  There's more that goes into a review than just "did they provide good care". I have always been happy with the dental care that I have received here for myself and my children. However, they are the most inconsiderate people I have ever met. The schedulers are the worst! I have 5 children and a very busy schedule. I schedule my appointment well in advance, and I'm always on time. More than once, I have shown up at 8:00 a.m. only to be told that the one hygenist they have called out sick. What kind of dental practice only employs 1 hygenist!? And if someone calls in sick, they should have someone as a backup! I also take my son to the orthodontist there and they are exactly the same way. If they have to make a scheduling change, they attempt to contact you maybe 1 time by phone even though they are authorized to text. They leave a brief voicemail and never try again to contact you. I am absolutely fed up with the crummy scheduling and poor customer service here. I will never recommend to anyone that they come here. My time is important to me. Being a good dental office is more than just fixing people's teeth, it is providing consistent quality care and concern for your patients' schedules as well.
