  "fast food medicine" My experience with Wade Family Medicine was horrible. The first time I had an appointment with one of their doctors, the receptionist was quite rude and demanding, basically yelling at me wondering why my insurance card didn't have a wade family medicine doctor on it yet. However, the doctor I did finally see did a good job and I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, they can not provide basic services, like forwarding prescriptions to a local pharmacy. You have to go back several times and hold their hand, all the while being treated rudely by the doctors assistants. They never answer the phone, and they never get back to you. I would hope that everyone who wants to be treated with respect and given good care steer clear of this "so called practice." On a positive note, I was able to see another doctor, at another practice, who had friendly staff, treated me courteously, and was able to write basic prescriptions that I could later fill at my local pharmacy.
